How do I get started?
Getting started is easy! Sign up for our free plan which includes 1 active form with unlimited responses. No credit card required. You can start creating forms immediately after registration.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept bank transfers for all paid plans. We chose this approach intentionally to build genuine relationships with our customers. Here's how it works:

1. Choose your plan and contact us
2. We'll send you a detailed invoice with bank details
3. Make the transfer and send us the receipt
4. Your account is activated within 24 hours

Credit card payments will be available soon. This personal approach allows us to better understand your needs and provide tailored support.
Can I export my data?
Yes! You can export all your form submissions as CSV files at any time. This includes all field data, timestamps, and metadata. Your data belongs to you.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
If you exceed your plan's limits (like form submissions or storage), we'll notify you. You can upgrade your plan at any time to continue receiving submissions. We won't block access immediately - you'll have time to upgrade.
Do you offer API access?
API access is available for Enterprise plans. This allows you to programmatically create forms, retrieve submissions, and integrate with your existing systems. Contact us for more details about API access.
How secure is my data?
Your data is stored securely using enterprise-grade encryption and regular backups. We maintain strict security standards and compliance with data protection regulations. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you'll retain access to export all your data.

You can embed forms using an iframe code, JavaScript widget, or direct links. We provide embed codes in the form publishing settings. Forms are mobile-responsive and work on any website platform.
What kind of support do you offer?
We offer email support for all plans, with response times varying by plan tier. Business and Enterprise plans include priority support. Our support team speaks Arabic, French, and English. We also have a knowledge base with guides and tutorials.
